Return Policy
Hanover Products are made to order in the USA. They ship in 6 to 8 weeks. HANOVER LANTERN PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
Damaged / Defective Merchandise
Damaged or defective items will be replaced at no cost to you. Photos are now required on ALL damaged or defective claims. Please include a photo of the problem and the box even if the box is undamaged.
If an item shows up damaged you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of your shipment. LTL, Freight, Truck, Common carrier orders--any damage to boxes must be noted before signing for delivery. Inspect all packages carefully and note on concerns before signing for the delivery.
Email returns@lighttrends.com include order number, product number and the nature of the problem. Replacement parts will be sent when applicable otherwise a replacement will be sent at no cost to you. Return labels will be sent to return the defective merchandise.
Once products ready are in production they may be not be canceled.
